Ingredients
Chicken drumstick- 6 piece
Yoghurt- 1 Tbsp æ
Ginger-garlic-chili-paste- 2Tbsp
Red chili powder- 1Tbsp
Turmeric powder- half Tsp
Coriander powder- 1and a half Tbsp
Cumin powder- Half tsp
Meat masala- 1Tbsp
Garam masala- 1Tbsp
Lemon- Half a piece
Directions
Wash all the chicken pieces thoroughly and pat dry. Drain the remaining water and then slit the drumsticks from both sides.
Marinate the chicken from all the sides, using the above mentioned ingredients and keep it for about an hour. This will make the masala seep into the chicken, giving it the required taste.
Heat oil in a wok or a kadhai on a medium flame. Add drumsticks one by one and deep fry it till it turns golden brown. After frying, keep them on an absorbent paper to filter out excess oil. Garnish it with coriander leaves and squeeze lemon drops over it. Serve hot. You can serve it with tomato ketchup, sauce, pudina or tamarind chutney.
