1 cup of broken grain rice washed and soaked for 2 hours
2 bowls of curd
1 tbsp cumin seeds
3 -4 green chillies split in the middle
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Method for the risotto
Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add the cumin seeds and green chillies. Add the rice after draining the water and salt. Mix well. Add 3 cups of water and cook till the rice is soft and mushy. Add extra water if required. Just before serving add the curd and mix well. Heat ensuring you keep stirring the rice and the curd should not split. Serve once hot.
