I am a woman aged 46 and have been married to my husband for the past 22 years but it has been several years since when i have stopped wanting to get physical with my husband. I just don't feel like having him touch me sexually even though I care about him and am affectionate towards him. I feel cheap when he tries to touch me and sometimes even disgusted. Have I become distant from him? Does it have anything to do with my feeling disrespected by him or is it something else? I just want to know why this has happened to me over the years. Please help!

The Delhi HC recently passed a judgement stating that denying sex to your husband for long can be grounds for divorce. So you need to do something about it.

This is probably because there is an emotional lack that he doesn't fulfill. Happened to me too. Speak to him about it and find ot ways to solve the issue.

It's not a big issue. Just wait for sometime untill  you two become close again. I mean make time for each other and do some silly stuff to each other. At this point of age you will feel the same but don't let this ruin your sex life.

Important thing is you too wanted it. So, start from the small things instead of sex directly. Then it may help you get the feelings you have for him out of you.

It's difficult to say if there's some serious problem....maybe you're just not ready for it.....or maybe you guys lack proper interaction. You may consult a doctor if you feel you have some issues with having sex.
