Love is the best thing in live! When you fall in love with one person you could hug the whole world. It´s like you would do drugs and nobody understands the feelings both of you have.

But that is the exact reason why it is so hard to struggle with lovesickness. It is medically proved that, if you split off with your partner, your body is in a rehab process. Your body has to accustom itself  from the loss of the happiness hormones. Instead, there are a bunch of stress hormones. In that rehab process you pass through four phases:

  1. Protest
  2. Anger
  3. Depression
  4. Letting go

We show you some helpful tricks to withstand those phases quickly. And also some advices which you should definitively obey, if you want to get rid of the lovesickness.

Do it!

  1. go out
  2. shopping
  3. talk with friends (slander about men)
  4. sweets
  5. sport
  6. note some negative aspects about your ex
  7. meeting new people

Don`t do it!

Love is the best thing in live! When you fall in love with one person you could hug the whole world. It´s like you would do drugs and nobody understands the feelings both of you have.

  1. bottle up
  2. tranquilizer
  3. going to common places with memories
  4. texting/ phoning your ex (communication ban)
  5. think about good times (it has a reason why you split off)

Going through a lovesickness is never easy, but always remember, that there is somewhere in the world Mr. Right waiting for you.
