5 Ayurvedic secrets to treat acne

Every girl has a wish to make their face attractive and beautiful. Therefore they use various cosmetics. But cosmetics fail to hide acne in the face.   1. Wash your face with warm water:

Many people wash their face with cold water .But cold water increases oil secretion which is the main cause of acnes. So you should wash your face 3-4 times a day with warm water. It helps in reducing excess oil and makes skin normal.


  1. Nourish your skin with basil leaves:

Basil is treated as a holy tree in India and its leaves has a lot of medicinal value. Use basil paste in your face 3-4 times in a week. You can also use boiled water of basil leaves as toner.


  1. Apply turmeric paste:

Turmeric has also so many medicinal values. Make a paste of turmeric and apply to whole face or affected areas. Leave this for some time and wash in normal water. After 3-4 days the acne will be cured.


  1. Eat bitter things daily:

According to ayurveda bitter tasted vegetables and leaves help in detoxifying blood and make skin glow. So every day you have to add this type of food in your daily diet.


  1. Apply sandalwood paste:

Acnes come and go. But these leave scars. So make a paste of sandalwood and apply to the acnes and its scars. It helps in removing the scars and gives a natural glow to your face.
