  • Lemon juice 0.5 tablespoon
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 Rd cup of water

Procedure :

  • Grate the cucumber into fibrous like stuff.
  • Take water in a glass.
  • Add honey and ginger together.
  • Blend until it’s smooth enough.
  • Add lemon juice (freshly squeezed).
  • Mix with a spoon.. Add mint leaves if you do not like the flavor.


P.S – This is a bedtime drink and you have to consume it before sleeping.

Results will take time to show, around 15-20 days.
